ARCH AI(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
이용자가 업로드한 원본 이미지는 생성 처리에만 사용되며, AI 모델 학습에 사용되지 않습니다. 업로드 이미지는 처리 완료 후 서버에 보관되지 않고 폐기됩니다. 로그인한 이용자가 생성한 결과물은 계정에 최대 30일간 보관된 후 자동 삭제되며, 보관 개수는 계정당 최대 50개입니다. 이용자는 결과물을 언제든 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 비로그인 상태에서는 저장되지 않습니다.
개인정보는 이용 목적 달성 또는 회원 탈퇴 시 관련 법령이 정한 기간을 제외하고 지체 없이 파기합니다.
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 처리를 위탁합니다: 인증·데이터베이스(Supabase), AI 생성·클라우드(Google Cloud), 결제(결제대행사). 각 사업자는 해당 업무 범위 내에서만 정보를 처리합니다.
이용자는 본인의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 계정 삭제를 통해 정보를 파기할 수 있습니다.

ARCH AI (the "Company") values your privacy and complies with applicable laws.
Original images you upload are used solely for generation processing and are not used to train AI models. Uploaded images are discarded after processing and are not retained on our servers. Results generated by signed-in users are stored in their account for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted, with a maximum of 50 items per account. You can delete your results at any time. Nothing is stored when you are not signed in.
Personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled or upon account withdrawal, except for periods required by applicable law.
To provide the service, the Company entrusts processing to: authentication/database (Supabase), AI generation/cloud (Google Cloud), and payment (payment provider). Each processes data only within its respective scope.
You may request to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of your personal information, and may delete your data by deleting your account.

利用者がアップロードした元画像は生成処理にのみ使用され、AIモデルの学習には使用されません。アップロード画像は処理完了後、サーバーに保管されず破棄されます。ログインした利用者が生成した結果物はアカウントに最大30日間保管された後、自動的に削除されます(アカウントあたり最大50件)。利用者はいつでも自分で削除できます。未ログイン時は保存されません。
個人情報は利用目的の達成または退会時に、関連法令で定める期間を除き遅滞なく破棄します。
サービス提供のため、当社は次の処理を委託します:認証・データベース(Supabase)、AI生成・クラウド(Google Cloud)、決済(決済代行会社)。各事業者は該当する業務範囲内でのみ情報を処理します。
利用者は自身の個人情報の閲覧・訂正・削除・処理停止を請求でき、アカウント削除により情報を破棄できます。
