개인정보처리방침

주식회사 아이비전로봇(이하 "회사")은 ARCH AI 서비스(arch-ai-studio.com, 이하 "서비스")를 제공하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법

회원가입·로그인: 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(암호화하여 저장), Google 로그인 시 Google 계정의 이메일·이름·프로필 사진
서비스 이용: 업로드한 이미지(제2조), 입력한 프롬프트와 선택한 옵션, 생성 결과물과 그 메타데이터(종류·해상도·비율·일시), 토큰 거래 내역, 구독 상태
커뮤니티 갤러리: 표시 이름(닉네임), 프로필 사진, 게시물·댓글·좋아요·신고 내역
결제: 결제는 결제대행사가 처리합니다. 회사는 주문번호, 결제 금액·일시, 플랜·상품명, 결제대행사가 발급한 결제수단 식별자(빌링키·마스킹된 카드 정보)만 보관하며 카드번호 전체·CVC 등 민감 결제정보는 저장하지 않습니다.
자동 수집: 접속 IP 주소, 브라우저·기기 정보, 접속·요청 일시, 서비스 이용 기록(오류·보안 로그)
고객 문의: 이메일 주소, 문의 내용

수집 방법: 가입·이용 과정에서 이용자가 직접 입력, 서비스 이용 중 자동 생성, Google 로그인·결제대행사로부터 수신.

2. 업로드 이미지·생성 결과물의 처리 및 보관

이용자가 업로드한 이미지와 프롬프트는 요청한 생성 처리에만 사용되며, 회사는 이를 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. AI 생성은 Google 의 유료 API 로 처리되며, 해당 약관에 따라 Google 도 입력·결과물을 자사 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
Starter 이상 유료 플랜: 생성 결과물과, 생성 전후를 비교할 수 있도록 업로드 원본의 축소 사본(최대 1280px)이 계정 보관함에 저장됩니다. 보관 기간은 생성일로부터 30일이며 이후 자동 삭제됩니다. 보관 개수는 Starter 50개·Creator 100개·Studio 200개이고, 한도를 넘으면 오래된 결과부터 자동 삭제됩니다. 이용자는 언제든 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
Free 플랜: 결과물이 보관함에 저장되지 않습니다. 다만 응답 유실 시 같은 요청을 다시 돌려주기 위해 결과물이 임시 저장소에 최대 24시간 보관된 뒤 자동 삭제되며, 업로드 원본은 처리 완료 즉시 폐기됩니다.
커뮤니티 갤러리: 이용자가 직접 게시한 결과물, 원본 사본, (공개를 선택한) 프롬프트, 표시 이름과 프로필 사진은 게시물을 삭제할 때까지 누구나 볼 수 있는 공개 정보로 처리되며, 게시물 삭제 또는 회원 탈퇴 시 함께 삭제됩니다.

3. 개인정보의 이용 목적

회원 식별·인증, 계정 관리, 본인 확인
이미지·영상 생성, 보관함, 커뮤니티 갤러리 등 서비스 제공
토큰·구독·결제 처리, 환불·청약철회 처리, 구매 내역 제공
부정 이용 방지, 보안 사고 대응, 접속 IP 기반 남용 차단

식별할 수 없는 형태의 통계를 통한 서비스 개선

4. 보유 및 이용 기간

개인정보는 수집·이용 목적이 달성되거나 회원이 탈퇴하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 다음 정보는 관련 법령 또는 서비스 특성에 따라 아래 기간 동안 보관합니다.

파기 방법: 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 저장소의 결과물·이미지 객체는 보관 기간 만료 또는 삭제 요청 시 즉시 삭제합니다.

5. 개인정보 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 사업자에게 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 이 중 일부는 국외 사업자로서 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다. 각 수탁자는 위탁 업무 범위 내에서만 정보를 처리하며, 회사는 법령에 따른 적법한 요청 외에 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

이용자는 개인정보의 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만 서비스의 핵심 기능이 위 사업자의 인프라를 통해 제공되므로, 국외 이전을 거부하는 경우 서비스 이용이 제한되며 회원 탈퇴를 통해 거부할 수 있습니다. 국외 이전 관련 문의: [email protected]

6. 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 본인의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청하고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 이메일·표시 이름·프로필 사진·비밀번호는 서비스 내 계정 설정에서 직접 변경할 수 있고, 그 밖의 요청은 [email protected] 으로 접수하며 회사는 접수 후 지체 없이(10일 이내) 처리합니다.
계정 삭제(회원 탈퇴)는 계정 설정에서 직접 진행할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 계정 정보·보관함의 결과물·갤러리 게시물·댓글·프로필 사진이 삭제됩니다(제4조의 법정 보관 정보 제외).
본 서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

7. 쿠키 및 자동 수집 장치

본 서비스는 로그인 세션 유지, 언어·설정 기억, 진행 중인 생성 작업 복구 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 필수 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)만 사용합니다. 분석·광고 목적의 쿠키는 사용하지 않으며, 향후 도입하는 경우 사전에 별도 동의를 받습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 차단할 수 있으나 이 경우 로그인 등 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

비밀번호는 복호화할 수 없는 방식으로 암호화하여 저장하며, 모든 전송 구간은 TLS 로 암호화합니다.
개인정보에 접근할 수 있는 관리자를 최소화하고, 관리자 인증 키와 접근 기록을 관리합니다.
보관함의 결과물은 시간이 제한된 서명 URL 로만 접근할 수 있으며, 카드번호 등 민감 결제정보는 보관하지 않습니다.
보안 사고 발생 시 관련 법령에 따라 이용자와 관계 기관에 통지합니다.

10. 개인정보처리방침의 변경

본 방침의 내용이 추가·삭제·수정되는 경우 시행 최소 7일 전(이용자 권리의 중대한 변경은 30일 전) 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일로 안내합니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective: October 13, 2026

Aivision-Robot co.,ltd (the "Company") operates ARCH AI (arch-ai-studio.com, the "Service") in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws, and processes your personal data as follows.

1. Information We Collect & How

Account: email address, password (stored hashed); with Google sign-in, the email, name and profile photo of your Google account
Service use: uploaded images (Section 2), prompts and selected options, generated results and their metadata (type, resolution, ratio, time), token transactions, subscription status
Community gallery: display name, profile photo, posts, comments, likes and reports
Payments: processed by payment providers. The Company keeps only the order ID, amount and time, plan/product name and the payment-method identifier issued by the provider (billing key, masked card); full card numbers or CVC are never stored.
Collected automatically: IP address, browser/device information, access and request timestamps, service logs (errors, security)
Support: email address and the content of your inquiry

Sources: entered by you during sign-up and use, generated automatically during use, or received from Google sign-in and payment providers.

2. Handling & Retention of Uploaded Images and Results

Uploaded images and prompts are used only to fulfil the generation you requested; the Company does not use them to train AI models. Generation runs on Google's paid API, under whose terms Google likewise does not use inputs or outputs to train its models.
Starter and higher plans: generated results, together with a reduced copy of the uploaded original (max 1280px) for before/after comparison, are kept in your account library for 30 days from generation and then deleted automatically. The library holds 50 (Starter), 100 (Creator) or 200 (Studio) items; beyond that, the oldest are deleted first. You can delete items at any time.
Free plan: results are not stored in a library. To re-deliver the same request if the response is lost, a result is kept in temporary storage for up to 24 hours and then deleted automatically; the uploaded original is discarded as soon as processing completes.
Community gallery: results you choose to post, the original copy, the prompt (if you choose to share it), your display name and profile photo are public until you delete the post, and are removed with the post or when the account is deleted.

3. Purposes of Use

Identifying and authenticating members, managing accounts
Providing the Service: image/video generation, library, community gallery
Processing tokens, subscriptions, payments, refunds and withdrawals; providing purchase history
Preventing abuse and responding to security incidents, including IP-based rate limiting
Responding to inquiries and sending service notices (maintenance, changes to terms)
Improving the Service using non-identifying statistics
Complying with legal obligations

4. Retention & Deletion

Personal data is deleted without delay once its purpose is fulfilled or the account is deleted, except for the following, which are kept for the periods required by law or by the nature of the Service.

Records of contracts and withdrawals: 5 years (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
Records of payments and supply of goods/services: 5 years (same Act)
Records of consumer complaints and dispute handling: 3 years (same Act)
Records of labelling and advertising: 6 months (same Act)
Access logs (IP, timestamps): 3 months (Korean Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
Generated results and upload copies: 30 days from generation (Section 2); gallery posts: until deleted or the account is closed

Deletion: electronic files are erased irreversibly; stored result and image objects are removed immediately when their retention period ends or deletion is requested.

5. Processors & International Transfers

The Company entrusts the following providers with processing, some of which are located outside Korea, so personal data is transferred abroad. Each processor handles data only within the entrusted scope. The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties except where lawfully required.

You may refuse the international transfer of your data. Because the core functions of the Service run on the infrastructure of the providers above, refusing the transfer makes the Service unavailable; you can exercise this right by deleting your account. Inquiries: [email protected]

6. Your Rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent. Email, display name, profile photo and password can be changed in account settings; other requests go to [email protected] and are handled without delay (within 10 days).
You can delete your account in account settings. Deletion removes account data, library results, gallery posts, comments and profile photo (except records retained under Section 4).
The Service is available only to users aged 14 or older. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14 and deletes such data promptly upon becoming aware of it.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

The Service uses only essential cookies and browser storage (localStorage) needed to operate: keeping you signed in, remembering language and settings, and recovering generation jobs in progress. No analytics or advertising cookies are used; if introduced in future, separate consent will be requested first. You can block cookies in your browser, which may limit features such as sign-in.

8. Security Measures

Passwords are stored using irreversible hashing; all data in transit is encrypted with TLS.
Administrative access is limited to the minimum, protected by admin keys with access logging.
Library results are reachable only through time-limited signed URLs; sensitive payment data such as card numbers is never stored.
In the event of a security incident, users and the relevant authorities are notified as required by law.

Additions, deletions or amendments to this policy are announced in the Service or by email at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for material changes to your rights).

株式会社アイビジョンロボット(以下「当社」)は、ARCH AIサービス(arch-ai-studio.com、以下「本サービス」)の提供にあたり、韓国「個人情報保護法」その他関連法令を遵守し、利用者の個人情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。

1. 収集する項目および収集方法

会員登録・ログイン: メールアドレス、パスワード(暗号化して保存)、Googleログイン時はGoogleアカウントのメール・氏名・プロフィール写真
サービス利用: アップロード画像(第2条)、入力したプロンプトと選択したオプション、生成物とそのメタデータ(種類・解像度・比率・日時)、トークン取引履歴、サブスクリプションの状態
コミュニティギャラリー: 表示名、プロフィール写真、投稿・コメント・いいね・通報の履歴
決済: 決済は決済代行会社が処理します。当社は注文番号、決済金額・日時、プラン・商品名、決済代行会社が発行した決済手段識別子(ビリングキー・マスク済みカード情報)のみを保有し、カード番号全体やCVCなどの機微な決済情報は保存しません。
自動収集: 接続IPアドレス、ブラウザ・端末情報、接続・リクエスト日時、サービス利用記録(エラー・セキュリティログ)
お問い合わせ: メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容

収集方法: 登録・利用の過程で利用者が直接入力、利用中に自動生成、Googleログイン・決済代行会社から受領。

2. アップロード画像・生成物の取り扱いおよび保管

アップロード画像とプロンプトは依頼された生成処理にのみ使用し、当社はAIモデルの学習に使用しません。AI生成はGoogleの有料APIで処理され、その規約によりGoogleも入力・出力を自社モデルの学習に使用しません。
Starter以上の有料プラン: 生成物と、生成前後を比較するためのアップロード原本の縮小コピー(最大1280px)がアカウントのライブラリに保存されます。保存期間は生成日から30日で、その後自動削除されます。保存数はStarter 50件・Creator 100件・Studio 200件で、上限を超えると古いものから自動削除されます。利用者はいつでも直接削除できます。
Freeプラン: 生成物はライブラリに保存されません。ただし応答が失われた場合に同じ要求を再送するため、生成物は一時ストレージに最大24時間保管された後自動削除され、アップロード原本は処理完了後直ちに破棄されます。
コミュニティギャラリー: 利用者が自ら投稿した生成物、原本コピー、(公開を選択した)プロンプト、表示名とプロフィール写真は投稿を削除するまで誰でも閲覧できる公開情報として扱われ、投稿の削除または退会時に併せて削除されます。

3. 利用目的

会員の識別・認証、アカウント管理
画像・動画生成、ライブラリ、コミュニティギャラリーなど本サービスの提供
トークン・サブスク・決済の処理、返金・クーリングオフの処理、購入履歴の提供
不正利用の防止、セキュリティ事故への対応、接続IPに基づく濫用の遮断
お問い合わせ対応、サービスに関する通知(メンテナンス・規約変更など)
識別できない形の統計によるサービス改善
関連法令に基づく義務の履行

4. 保有および利用期間

個人情報は、収集・利用目的が達成されるか会員が退会した場合、遅滞なく破棄します。ただし次の情報は関連法令またはサービスの性質に基づき、以下の期間保管します。

契約またはクーリングオフ等に関する記録: 5年(韓国電子商取引等における消費者保護に関する法律)
代金決済および財貨等の供給に関する記録: 5年(同法)
消費者の苦情または紛争処理に関する記録: 3年(同法)
表示・広告に関する記録: 6か月(同法)
サービス接続記録(IP・接続日時): 3か月(韓国通信秘密保護法)
生成物・アップロードコピー: 生成日から30日(第2条) / コミュニティギャラリー投稿: 削除または退会まで

破棄方法: 電子ファイルは復元できない方法で削除し、ストレージ上の生成物・画像オブジェクトは保管期間満了または削除要求時に直ちに削除します。

5. 処理の委託および国外移転

当社は本サービスの提供のため、以下の事業者に個人情報の処理を委託しており、その一部は国外の事業者であるため個人情報が国外に移転されます。各受託者は委託業務の範囲内でのみ情報を処理し、当社は法令に基づく適法な要請を除き個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

利用者は個人情報の国外移転を拒否できます。ただし本サービスの中核機能は上記事業者のインフラを通じて提供されるため、国外移転を拒否した場合はサービスの利用ができなくなり、退会によって拒否することができます。国外移転に関するお問い合わせ: [email protected]

6. 利用者および法定代理人の権利

利用者はいつでも自身の個人情報の閲覧・訂正・削除・処理停止を求め、同意を撤回できます。メール・表示名・プロフィール写真・パスワードはサービス内のアカウント設定から直接変更でき、その他の要請は[email protected]で受け付け、当社は受付後遅滞なく(10日以内)処理します。
アカウント削除(退会)はアカウント設定から直接行えます。退会時、アカウント情報・ライブラリの生成物・ギャラリー投稿・コメント・プロフィール写真が削除されます(第4条の法定保管情報を除く)。
本サービスは満14歳以上のみ利用できます。当社は満14歳未満の児童の個人情報を収集せず、収集した事実を知った場合は遅滞なく削除します。

7. クッキーおよび自動収集装置

本サービスは、ログインセッションの維持、言語・設定の記憶、進行中の生成作業の復旧など運営に必要な必須クッキーとブラウザストレージ(localStorage)のみを使用します。分析・広告目的のクッキーは使用せず、将来導入する場合は事前に別途同意を取得します。ブラウザ設定でクッキーを遮断できますが、その場合ログインなど一部機能が制限されることがあります。

8. 安全性確保措置

パスワードは復号できない方式で暗号化して保存し、すべての通信区間はTLSで暗号化します。
個人情報にアクセスできる管理者を最小限にし、管理者認証キーとアクセス記録を管理します。
ライブラリの生成物は有効期限付きの署名URLでのみアクセスでき、カード番号などの機微な決済情報は保有しません。
セキュリティ事故が発生した場合、関連法令に従い利用者および関係機関に通知します。

9. 個人情報保護責任者および権利侵害の救済

10. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容を追加・削除・修正する場合、施行の少なくとも7日前(利用者の権利に関わる重大な変更は30日前)にサービス内の告知またはメールでお知らせします。
