이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 ARCH AI(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 AI 기반 건축 이미지·영상 생성 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 내용)

회사는 이용자가 업로드한 이미지 또는 입력한 조건을 바탕으로 고해상도 건축 렌더링 이미지 및 영상을 생성하는 서비스를 제공합니다. 생성 결과물은 AI 모델의 특성상 입력과 완전히 일치하지 않을 수 있습니다.

제3조 (토큰 및 결제)

서비스 이용은 "토큰"을 통해 이루어지며, 이용자는 토큰을 구매하여 이미지·영상 생성에 사용합니다.
토큰의 가격 및 차감 기준은 서비스 내에 표시됩니다.
결제는 회사가 지정한 결제대행사를 통해 처리됩니다.

제4조 (환불)

이미 사용(생성에 소모)한 토큰은 환불되지 않습니다.
미사용 토큰에 한하여 관련 법령에 따라 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
회원이 직접 회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제)를 진행하는 경우, 보유한 잔여 토큰은 환불되지 않으며 계정 삭제와 함께 소멸합니다.
환불 요청은 support@arch-ai-studio.com 으로 접수합니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령에 위반되는 이미지를 업로드해서는 안 됩니다.
이용자는 본인의 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
계정은 가입한 이용자 1인(개인) 또는 단일 사업장 전용이며, 조직·팀 단위의 공동 사용을 위해서는 별도의 팀 요금제 이용 또는 회사와의 협의가 필요합니다. 회사는 비정상적인 계정 공유가 확인되는 경우 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (지식재산권 및 이용 권리)

이용자가 본 서비스로 생성한 결과물(이미지·영상)은 이용자에게 귀속되며, 워터마크 없이 상업적 목적을 포함하여 자유롭게 이용할 수 있습니다. 다만 결과물의 이용은 관련 법령 및 사용된 AI 모델 제공자의 약관 범위 내에서 허용됩니다.

이용자는 업로드하는 원본 이미지(스케치·도면·모델·사진 등)에 대한 정당한 권리를 보유해야 하며, 타인의 저작권·상표권·초상권 등 권리를 침해하지 않을 책임은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다. 침해 소지가 있는 자료를 업로드해서는 안 됩니다.

회사는 결과물을 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공하며, 이용자가 업로드한 입력물의 권리 침해 또는 결과물의 활용으로 발생하는 분쟁·손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 회사의 로고·디자인 등 서비스 구성요소에 대한 권리는 회사에 귀속됩니다.

제7조 (책임의 제한)

회사는 천재지변, 외부 AI·인프라 제공사의 장애 등 회사의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.

제8조 (약관의 변경)

회사는 필요 시 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 서비스 내 공지합니다.

제10조 (준거법 및 관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석·적용되며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁에 대해서는 회사의 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ARCH AI (the "Company") and users regarding the use of the Company's AI-based architectural image and video generation service (the "Service").

2. The Service

The Company provides a service that generates high-resolution architectural renderings and videos based on images uploaded or conditions entered by the user. Due to the nature of AI models, generated results may not perfectly match the input.

3. Tokens & Payment

The Service is used via "tokens," which users purchase and consume to generate images and videos.
Token pricing and consumption rates are displayed within the Service.
Payments are processed through the Company's designated payment provider.

4. Refunds

Tokens that have already been used (consumed for generation) are non-refundable.
Unused tokens may be eligible for a refund in accordance with applicable law.
If you delete your own account, any remaining tokens are non-refundable and are forfeited upon account deletion.
Refund requests should be sent to support@arch-ai-studio.com.

5. User Obligations

Users must not upload images that infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their own account credentials.
An account is for the use of the single registered user (individual) or a single business establishment. Shared use by an organization or team requires a separate team plan or prior arrangement with the Company. The Company may restrict use where abnormal account sharing is identified.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Results (images and videos) you generate with the Service belong to you and may be used freely, including for commercial purposes and without watermarks. Such use is permitted within the scope of applicable law and the terms of the underlying AI model provider.

You must hold the necessary rights to any source image you upload (sketches, drawings, models, photos, etc.). You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploads do not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, likeness, or other rights, and you must not upload potentially infringing material.

The Company provides results "as-is" and is not liable for disputes or damages arising from rights infringement in your uploaded inputs or from your use of the results. Rights to the Company's logo, design, and other service components belong to the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including force majeure or outages of third-party AI/infrastructure providers. The Service is provided "as is."

8. Changes to Terms

The Company may revise these Terms when necessary and will announce changes within the Service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business as the court of first instance.

利用規約

第1条 (目的)

本規約は、ARCH AI(以下「当社」)が提供するAIによる建築画像・動画生成サービス(以下「本サービス」)の利用に関する、当社と利用者の権利・義務および責任事項を定めることを目的とします。

第2条 (サービス内容)

当社は、利用者がアップロードした画像または入力した条件に基づき、高解像度の建築レンダリング画像および動画を生成するサービスを提供します。生成結果はAIモデルの特性上、入力と完全に一致しない場合があります。

第3条 (トークン・決済)

本サービスは「トークン」を通じて利用され、利用者はトークンを購入して画像・動画の生成に使用します。
トークンの価格および消費基準は本サービス内に表示されます。
決済は当社が指定する決済代行会社を通じて処理されます。

第4条 (返金)

すでに使用(生成に消費)したトークンは返金されません。
未使用のトークンに限り、関連法令に従って返金を請求できます。
会員ご自身が退会(アカウント削除)を行う場合、保有する残りのトークンは返金されず、アカウント削除とともに消滅します。
返金のご請求は support@arch-ai-studio.com までご連絡ください。

第5条 (利用者の義務)

利用者は、他者の権利を侵害する、または法令に違反する画像をアップロードしてはなりません。
利用者は自身のアカウント情報を安全に管理する責任を負います。
アカウントは登録した利用者1名(個人)または単一の事業所専用です。組織・チーム単位での共同利用には、別途チームプランのご利用または当社との協議が必要です。当社は異常なアカウント共有が確認された場合、利用を制限することがあります。

第6条 (知的財産権および利用権)

利用者が本サービスで生成した結果物(画像・動画)は利用者に帰属し、ウォーターマークなしで商用目的を含め自由に利用できます。ただし、関連法令および使用したAIモデル提供者の規約の範囲内で許可されます。

利用者はアップロードする元画像(スケッチ・図面・モデル・写真等)に対する正当な権利を保有しなければならず、第三者の著作権・商標権・肖像権等を侵害しない責任はすべて利用者にあります。侵害の恐れがある素材をアップロードしてはなりません。

当社は結果物を「現状のまま(as-is)」提供し、アップロードされた入力物の権利侵害または結果物の利用により生じる紛争・損害について責任を負いません。当社のロゴ・デザイン等のサービス構成要素に関する権利は当社に帰属します。

第7条 (責任の制限)

当社は、天災や外部のAI・インフラ提供会社の障害など、当社の管理を超える事由によるサービス中断について責任を負いません。本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。

第8条 (規約の変更)

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更でき、変更時は本サービス内で告知します。

第10条 (準拠法および管轄)

本規約は大韓民国の法律に従って解釈・適用され、本サービスの利用に関して生じた紛争については、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の管轄裁判所とします。
